Description
Our training programmes are consistently rated highly by our participants, who range from healthcare providers, to Occupational Health and Safety Officers, Human Resource teams, and managers and leaders of organisations both in the public and private sectors.
Our training content is always objectives-driven with a well thought out and carefully designed curriculum relevant to the realities and needs of industry leaders, management and frontline staff. Our presenters have included the world’s leading voices, authors and scientists from leading institutions alongside our very own leading minds from our region in various disciplines. Leadership training, Infection Prevention Control, and Occupational Health, Safety and Workplace Wellness are some of the major symposia and workshops we have held to date, each well-received by participants and responsive to the challenges we are facing at a particular point in time. Our training empowers and builds capacity that is lasting well beyond the closing talk at any symposium.
We are consistently engaged by professionals through our online continuing medical education (CME) that we have been doing since 2014. Content is approved for educational credits by the relevant licensing authorities, including the Medical Council of Jamaica, Nursing Council of Jamaica, and the Council for Professions Supplementary to Medicine. We have collaborated with a number of reputable international licensing boards and institutions, including the Certification Board of Infection Control Epidemiology (CBIC) and the Health Enhancement Research Organisation (HERO).
