Natalie has studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and has studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. She continues to have a significant impact on people’s lives, looking at the person as a whole, helping them make the choice for real over fake foods, and assisting them with techniques to improve sleeping patterns. Natalie works with clients to create a completely personalised “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. A mother of three with a family history of diabetes, she understands the struggles of emotion and food, the struggles between choices of convenience and healthy alternatives, of the pull between the stress of meeting deadlines at the expense of quiet times.
